The ranch consists of 17 acres of gently rolling terrain with a variety of habitats, including pinon pines, open areas, and sagebrush. There are 2 houses, a four horse barn, hay barn, horse paddocks, tree nursery, vegetable garden, and a small animal compound. All utilities have been installed underground so there are no telephone poles or overhead wires. The property is 1 mile off the main road so the area is very quiet and being at the end of the road there is no through traffic. Several large open areas make crew and truck parking a breeze.
At present that are 20 horses turned out in several
1/2 to 3/4 acre paddocks. 5 acres of the ranch are setup as a landscape
tree nursery growing pines, white birch, and quaking aspens. The small animal
compound is inhabited by goats, chickens, and ducks.
